Transformation Tuesday

I figured I'd give a little progress update on something other than the scale.

June 18th's Tuesday Transformation

I have some great calf improvements going on! Even if the crappy lighting looked the backs look better. ;)

And the truth of it all....

Since I began my journey I have lost a total of 40.25" off of my body!!!

So, scale be damned, I'm still improving and shrinking this body of mine.

Photo's Anyone?

I've posted one or two head shots, but no full body shots in a while. I'm actually beginning to come out of my shell so to speak for pictures. I've always hidden behind the camera, but I'm enjoying being in more photographs with my babies, while they're still "babies". So, here I am four months after beginning this journey to a healthier me... 235.1 pounds

And for comparison (although not the best due to the weird angle in the first)....

I really wish that pretty tire around the waist would dissipate as the rest of the fat is melting off. :/ Time to work on the core. ;)

Now, I'm not only weighing. I have been taking measurements as well...

Arms: -0.5" (started measuring 5/12)
Hips: -5.75"
Bust: -6"
Waist: -5.5"
Thighs: -3"
Calves: -1" (started measuring 6/12)

I'm liking the changes ya'll...

So, the hubs and I started walking together after lunch, right? Then he says "I wonder if it's even making a difference?" I told him to give it some time. He said "No, I mean, am I overdoing it on the calories so much that walking isn't going to cut it?" Well I don't know? I count my own calories and so should he.

I'm still in a bit of a funk...but I'm working on it. Notice anything new on my blog? No? Look to your left. That's right I found a cool search engine widget and added it to the blog. I've tested it and it works, but I haven't fully committed to a search yet. I may do that later or in the morning, but I'm excited to see what it yields.
