Biggest Loser {Week 1}


Week one is in the bag.... it was an interesting ride and I think I'm on to some new tactics.

10/3 - 0 {I'm not sure as I didn't log them}
10/4 - 1612 {I changed my calorie goal from 2030 to 1880 as we begin to wean}

10/9 - 2501 {Oops...darn pizza got me. At least I got some exercise in.}

10/4 - 3 pts {65 minutes running}
10/5 - 3 pts {20 minutes weight lifting/40 minutes walking on treadmill}
10/6 - 0 pts {Rest}
10/7 - 4 pts {Grocery Day...walking/sweating}
10/8 - 4 pts {60 minutes Zumba, 30 minutes squats}
10/9 - 3 pts {150 minutes walking/squats}

{Weigh In ~ Week 2}



-4.6 pounds

I've learned a lot this week. I still have a lot to learn. But there are some new tricks up my sleeve, and I just need to work on that will power. Seriously I did amazing until my will power decided to leave and let me down three slices of pizza and breadsticks the night before a weigh in. :/ Damn sodium.
