I'm here. I haven't been posting much because there isn't much to post about I suppose. The weather still sucks, I'm still eating decent, and well my exercise has slacked a smidge, but my legs are feeling better for it. And with all the miscellaneous house chores being attended to, I'm still sweating my butt off in this heat. But I'll be back on the horse tonight...later tonight. They're calling for a high of 102* with a heat index of 116*. So as you understand with two little ones in tow, I have to take precautions to make sure all three of us are safe outside. And just for giggles...here's what I saw last night at 8:20pm. :(
