Sunday - Rest & Recovery
Monday - Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs (I just wasn't feeling it)
Tuesday - 3.35mi run, with kids in tow + Not Enough Time Workout
Wednesday - 3.37mi run, with kids in tow
Thursday - 3.19mi run + Not Enough Time Workout
Friday - 3.19mi run
Saturday - Rest & Recovery
I made a great move this week. I wasn't seeing the results I expected so I changed my routine. I am so much happier now that I'm back in my groove. :)
