It's not nearly as bad as I expected. I'm actually surprised that it is as good as it is...although my joints are terribly sore this morning, but I guess that's to be expected when you're overweight and run 15 minute miles.
7/13/11: 250.6I am now....7/20/11: 249.0Total Loss : -1.6 pounds
So I guess I'm either hitting a plateau or I need to figure out a way to move past this 249-250 bump I keep hitting. Maybe jogging more is the key? Maybe I need to focus more on controling my food intake, eating more fruits and veggies, getting back away from the salty processed foods. Either way I'm glad to see a negative again.
