I don't know why my determination seems to stick during the nastiest weather we see. I seem to be so determined to jog in the killer heat, but the slightest cold or rain, forget about it.
This was the temp at 4:00pm....
By the time I headed out at 8pm it had cooled down to a balmly 99*-100*. I still managed a 47 minute run with a 15:46 minute average pace. I've also started to do some new stretches for my feet and it seems to be helping the pain and tightness I feel after a run. Also I've determined that my style of running is called "slogging." Yes, I am a slow jogger, aka slogger. Not to be confused with the other slang definitions of the same name refering to...well. LOL. Well, time to get everyone ready for bed.

You are AWESOME!!! What do you wear on your runs? You may be more comfortable in the rain (and in general) if you avoid cotton. Also, I must have missed reading about your foot pain. Details, please!! I hope it's nothing serious.
