I
love a great burger. 🍔 But there are days that a bun isn't in the
macro plan. That's when I turn to this yummy guy.
I weigh out 4 oz of raw lean ground turkey, add in minced garlic, minced
onion and ground chipotle pepper. This makes for an amazingly tasty,
spicy burger.
I lay out 4 leaves of Boston lettuce, top two of the leaves with a 1/4c
cooked quinoa and put the burger on top of the quinoa. Place the other
two leaves on top and viola... Quinoa Turkey Burger!
