Weekly Total = 16 MilesChallenge Total = 32 / 200 Miles
Another week is in the books. I racked up another 16 miles this week. I was half tempted to walk tonight also, but my husband (and my sore muscles) said it was best that I take a break. So I will start back up tomorrow and keep adding miles. I love this challenge!

16 miles is a pretty good effort for a week. Hopefully the scale shows the effect of it soon.
AWESOME!!!! You are doing great! Taking a day to rest and let your body recover is necessary to improve. I know resting can be hard, but it's worth it! I am totally impressed by your mileage and your pace. :)
