I was really really pumped to hop on the scale this morning after all the walking I've been doing. Food has been decent, and sleep has improved. So this is not what I was looking forward to though...
6/01/11: 252.4I am now....6/08/11: 251.0Total Loss : -1.4 pounds
How disappointed can I really be? A loss is a loss, but I was totally expecting more considering the amount of walking and sweat that's been had since my last weigh in. I just have to keep telling myself that I must be building muscle pushing the kids up and down hills? Well, as long as I keep moving in the right direction everything's good right?

Nice job! I am so proud of you, Bobbi. You are COMMITTED. How much water do you drink during the day and on your walks?
@ Christina... During the day at least 64oz, and at night at least 26oz, on walks I take two 26oz bottles w/ me and usually end up drinking both. I'm only drinking till I'm "satisfied."
A pound and a half rocks! I'm jealous. :)
I agree that it's tough to see a smaller-than-expected loss, but it's better than an unexpected gain!
